READ THIS PAGE IN IT'S ENTIRETY PRIOR TO BOOKING: The ACLS Initial Blended Course with Kiser CPR meets all requirements for ACLS certification. This AHA ACLS certification is a one-day blended course where students complete "part 1" (ACLS precourse Self assessment and precourse work) at home prior to the course. Upon completion of Part 1, students will attend our in-person one-day ACLS course. The in-person portion of the class follows the "ACLS Course" outline, seen below. Then select this course: https://elearning.heart.org/course/424 All completion certificates can be emailed to Kiser CPR at: info@kisercpr.com Course Outline: Introductions and ACLS Course Outline - 15 minutes BLS Practice and Testing - 35-45 minutes Airway Management (BVM and OPA) - 35 minutes Bradycardia management (Practice) - 45-60 minutes Tachycardia management (Practice) - 45-60 minutes High Performance Teams - 30 mins Megacode practice - 1-2 hours Megacode Testing - 1.5-2 hours Written Exam and remediation - 45 mins *** Note, the above times are approximate and can both increase or decrease with class size and experience level of students*** Who should take this course: - Nurses (LVN, RN) - APP's (PA's, NP's) - Physicians - Paramedics - Respiratory Therapists Course deposit: ACLS course is paid in full at time of registration. If student cannot afford the entire payment up front, a $100 non-refundable deposit must be made at time of registration. The can be completed by registering with us over the phone. If student cannot make the in-person skills session, student can apply deposit to a rescheduled class one time if reschedule is make prior to 48 hours of the start of class. Course books: Student (provider) manuals are REQUIRED for this course and are not automatically included in your registration. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel a booking 72 hours (or more) prior to the course date and time and receive a full refund. If student cancels registration less than 72 hours but before 24 hours in advance of the course date and time, a partial refund may be rewarded (up to 50% of booking fees). If student attempts to cancel class within 24 hours of course date and time, no refund will be issued, but student will have the option to reschedule course one time per the reschedule policy. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a course, you may do so at no cost if reschedule is requested 48 hours or more prior to the course. You may only reschedule one time, and rescheduled appointments are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. If reschedule is requested within 48 hours of the course, a $25 reschedule fee will be applied prior to attendance in the course. If student "no-call, no-show's" to a course and requests to reschedule after their missed course, the student will be required to pay the full catalog price of their desired course prior to registration.
