

EMS Certification Courses
Kiser CPR, LLC offers courses in the introduction to EMS. These courses include Public Safety First Aid (Title 22), Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), and EMT Skills Competency Verification for EMT renewal.

EMT Skills Competency Verification
Our EMT Skills verification is a one-on-one session where our trained instructors will run the candidate through several skills stations to test their competency of the required BLS skills set forth by the State of California.

Upon successful completion, students will be given a signed EMT Skills Verification form that is recognized throughout the State of California for EMT Renewal applications.

Emergency Medical Responder (EMR)
The Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Course is an introductory course for Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement. This course is a 56-hour multi-day course that arms individuals with the required knowledge to assist at the scene of an emergency.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be given a completion certification and can apply for EMR certification through the Sierra Sacramento Valley EMS Agency.

Students who attend this program and pass the psychomotor skills but are unsuccessful at the cognitive exam can be take a lesser exam and receive a certification in Public Safety First Aid (title 22). This meets all Cal Fire, Lifeguarding, and Law Enforcement requirements for initial EMS education.

Public Safety First Aid
Public Safety First Aid, or Title 22, is a 21-hour introductory course designed for non-EMS personnel. This course is approved by the California EMS Authority and is good for initial EMS certification for fire crews (CCC Fire Crews, Cal Fire, etc...), Law Enforcement, and Lifeguards.
