Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the course date and time, no refund will be issued. However, if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the class we will allow students to reschedule for a different course at no additional charge. This can only be done once, and has be to authorized by Kiser CPR.

Service Description

AHA Approved ACLS course for healthcare providers. This AHA ACLS certification is a one-day blended course. With our busy lives, it's hard to sit through a two-day initial ACLS course. To complete this course students must complete "part 1" online at home before attending our one-day skills session. Heartcode completion certificates (part 1) must be brought to the class in order to be admitted. If you do not have access to a printer, the Heartcode completion certificates may be emailed to: kaylynn@kisercpr.com prior to the class date. Part 2 is the actual class day where students will practice airway management, treating bradycardia and tachycardia, preventing and treating cardiac arrest, and learn post cardiac arrest care. Students will receive an AHA ACLS provider card at the end of the part 2 session. Course deposit: $160 non-refundable deposit must be made at time of registration. The covers the online portion through the AHA elearning platform. If student cannot make the in-person skills session, student can apply deposit to a resceduled class one time.
